At Stay Handsome Brand, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be in their original packaging

Items must be in original condition, free of damage, stains, odors, or wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed back to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be in original packaging

Items must be in original condition

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Items returned outside the 14-day window
